SUMMARY:The Inheritance Parts One & Two
DESCRIPTION:Round House Theatre proudly presents The Inheritance—the most awarded play of our generation— performed in a breathtaking two-part theatrical event. Winner of the Tony\, Olivier\, Drama Desk\, Critics’ Circle\, Evening Standard\, and Drama League Awards for Best Play\, Matthew López’s epic masterpiece instantly became a modern classic. Hailed as “a vast\, heartfelt\, and hugely ambitious” (The Guardian) work\, The Inheritance follows a group of young gay men in New York as they wrestle with love\, legacy\, and the shadow of the AIDS crisis. Deeply moving and bitingly funny\, this unforgettable production asks: What do we owe those who came before us\, and what will we leave behind? Presented in repertory\, Parts One and Two create an extraordinary\, once-in-a-lifetime experience. “The most important American play of the century so far” (The Telegraph)\, The Inheritance is more than a play—it’s an event that will stay with you forever. \n**Please note that The Inheritance consists of two separate plays** \nFor a full schedule\, CLICK HERE.

SUMMARY:Shifting Frames by Mariah Gugel
DESCRIPTION:Shifting Frames explores the fluidity of perception\, where moments slip between clarity and obscurity\, presence and disappearance. Figures\, botanicals\, and landscapes appear as if glimpsed in passing—fragmented\, refracted\, and reassembled through changing vantage points. \nLight and shadow act as shifting thresholds\, creating transparencies and overlays that blur the distinction between inside and outside\, figure and ground\, memory and immediacy. Repetition of form suggests rhythm and return\, while the instability of perspective unsettles the eye\, asking the viewer to pause in the ambiguity of what is seen. \nThese paintings dwell in the spaces between frames—the gaps where meaning flickers and dissolves\, where the ordinary is transformed into something unfamiliar. In this unsettled terrain\, stillness coexists with movement\, and what emerges is less a fixed narrative than an unfolding encounter with perception itself.
