The 13th annual Bethesda Literary Festival hosted an array of local and national authors, journalists and poets, as well as writing contests and poetry contests. Featured literary guests included Thomas Friedman, Marvin & Deborah Kalb, Joby Warrick and Walter Isaacson.

In a weekend that included more than 20 entertaining events, the Bethesda Literary Festival presented fascinating literary personalities who read their work, talked about their craft and took part in discussions with other writers and audience members. All of the events were free and were held throughout downtown Bethesda.
