Montgomery County Parking Lot 31
Woodmont & Bethesda Avenues
Montgomery County awarded development rights for parking lot 31 to PN Hoffman/Stonebridge joint venture firms. PN Hoffman/Stonebridge will construct two mixed-use buildings providing for 357,000 square feet of retail space. The project will also provide 1,300 underground parking spaces, expanding the number of parking spaces at this location.
