Trillium Bethesda
Wisconsin Avenue & Battery Lane
Trillium Bethesda will be composed of three residential towers with a total of 173 elegant condominium residences. One, two and three bedroom residences remain with most ranging in size from 1,000 to more than 3,000 square feet. The residences feature nine-foot ceilings in the main living areas and state-of-the-art kitchens and bathrooms offering the finest in finishes. Trillium's on-site amenitieswill include valet parking, concierge service, indoor pool, spa services, fitness center, lushly landscaped courtyard and plaza featuring flowing water and a 2,000 square-foot artists’ workspace.

Montgomery County Parking Lot 31
Woodmont & Bethesda Avenues
Montgomery County awarded development rights for parking lot 31 to PN Hoffman/Stonebridge joint venture firms. PN Hoffman/Stonebridge will construct two mixed-use buildings providing for 357,000 square feet of retail space. The project will also provide 1,300 underground parking spaces, expanding the number of parking spaces at this location.
