Hip-Hop for Youth (ages 10 - 17) - 12:30-2pm
Hip-Hop for Adults (ages 18+) - 2:30-4pm
Registration and Fees:
Dance Bethesda master classes are $25. Day of registration will be accepted on a space-available basis. Checks should be made payable to the Bethesda Urban Partnership. All fees are non-refundable. Each class is limited to 30 students.
About Bryan East :
Originally from New Jersey, Bryan “BOOGIEMIND” East is one of the co-founders of The Boogie Bots Crew, a top four finalist on Randy Jackson’sAmerica’s Best Dance Crew, Season 2. Since then, Bryan has opened for R&B stars Omarion and Marques Houston. He has worked with choreographers Tabitha and Napoleon, Jesse Lee Santos, Mike Maldonado, Hi-hat and the legendary “SHABADOO.” Bryan has danced as a Core Freestyle and Commercial Dancer/Choreographer specializing in Popping, Locking, and Breaking with Cutlture Shock, Fr3sh Dance Company and with Kelly Mayfield’s modern dance company, Contradiction Dance.
He has competed in events such as Freestyle Session 10, Brian Green’s House Dance Conference and various contests through out the country. He also represents Dawn of a New Age crew. Bryan teaches throughout the country and internationally. Bryan believes that dance and education are great ways to give back to the community.

Joy of Motion Dance Center is now located at the intersection of Wisconsin Avenue and Waverly Street. Free parking can be found in the Waverly Street garage at the corner of Waverly Street and Montgomery Avenue.
