Chair
Catriona Fraser

Catriona Fraser, award-winning photographer, curator and juror is the non-voting Chair of the Bethesda Painting Awards. She serves on the Bethesda Art & Entertainment District Advisory Committee and the Washington School of Photography Advisory Board. Her work has been exhibited in the Carnegie Museum in Pittsburgh, PA; the Otero Museum in Colorado; the Museu de Brusque in Brazil; the Rufino Tamayo Museum of Contemporary Art in Mexico City and throughout Europe and Latin America. Additionally, she has orchestrated, organized, curated and juried more than 100 fine art exhibits. Ms. Fraser has directed the Fraser Gallery in Bethesda since 2002, and is the founder of Secondsight, an organization for women in photography. Ms. Fraser also serves as Chair of The Trawick Prize and Director of the Bethesda Fine Arts Festival.
